This adorable home offers a new, large private pool and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding from a day at the beach or a relaxing evening swim. Take a stroll down to the beach in the evening and capture the unforgettable Florida sunsets. This home is sure to be a perfect place for you to create sweet, new memories.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Before coming to the house, we were contacted by the host about a gnat problem caused by an extended stay guest right before us. They communicated to us about the problem and even offered us a near by place, so communication was great. However, we paid to stay at a place with a pool and hot tub, so we declined the offered. Besides the nat and flies, the house was good and pretty accurate. There were a few minor things I did not like… the walls are really thin so you can hear every little thing even the neighbors especially the last day when they were doing construction work at 7am!!!!! I didn’t enjoy that at all because I am a very light sleeper so I had difficulty sleeping during the stay. We spent most of our time out in the back due to the problem with the gnats. I loved the jacuzzi and the pool. It was nice to relax in the jacuzzi after a long day at the beach which was only 3 minute walk away. The beach was amazing! There was not a lot of people on this side of the beach at all. I really enjoyed this place and will definitely book again.

House was amazing! Very accurate description, closer to the beach than we thought it was so that was a great surprise. Pool was great, check in process was good after we got the correct code. The only downfall for us was the cleanliness, food on kitchen floor, grill is disgusting and did not work literally had steaks and onions still on grill and it’s literally just nasty and we could not get to light so after spending about 200$ to grill we ended up eating out. Besides this the house is a great little place and we for sure will visit again!

We loveddddddd staying here! The location for everything was great! Pier park was close, the beach was only a small walk or if you’d like to take you car it’s only a 1 minute drive and parking is right there! The pool was clean and perfect after a long day at the beach! And the outside shower was super convenient! Check in was super easy and fast! The house was ready before the time we were told which was prefect because we were there early! Had a great vacation with the family!

The home was extremely lovely. Looked to have recently updated appliances. Kitchen was nicely stalked with cooking ware and utensils. We enjoyed grilling out several times avoiding those 1 1/2hr waits @ all the local restaurants between there & 30A. Our favorite part of the house was the POOL! It was amazing & gorgeous to relax by once we’d had enough sand for the day. Also, it got shaded early so that made swimming but being out of the sun nice as well.
