One of the last remaining historic beach cottages on 30-A. Only a short stroll to the public Blue Mountain Beach access point. Five minute walk to local restaurants: Redd's Fueling Station, Blue Mabel, Redfish Taco, Johnny McTighe's Irish Pub, Basmati's Asian Cuisine. Newly Renovated: wall mount ultra HD 65 inch TV, with streaming Roku/Sling/Netflix, Stainless Appliances.
All on ground level so no stairs to drag luggage up and down. Master suite has a new king-size bed, large walk-in closet with plenty of storage space to make yourself comfortable during an extended stay, walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom across hallway. A third 'bunk room' has two single bunk beds. Main bedrooms have flat screen TV's.
The fully-equipped Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and seating. A formal dining room comfortably seats 7-8 adults. Bring your K cups for the Keurig or coffee beans for Mr. Coffee (grinder available). Private fenced in patio in back with new stainless grill accommodates a relaxing evening after a stress free day at the beach. Kick back and observe the stars on a clear day or listen to the live music from nearby Redd's Fueling Station on a Saturday night.
Enjoy a beverage on the front porch as you people watch. Visitors from far away run, bike and walk the famous 30A Tacabachee Trail. This is the perfect spot for your morning breakfast, reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

The good: The renovation/updates inside were well thought out and worked well with our needs. The backyard is an asset to the property. Cute lights strung across area. Plenty of towels. Bunks had lights and electric to charge phones/devices with both single beds.
Improvements: Hangers. Need more than 6 for a place that sleeps 6. The kitchen is adequate, but no frills. Meaning dishes, pans, silverware, knives. No serving dishes, pitcher, cookie sheet, etc. Only "extra" I'd categorize is a blender and choice of 2 coffee makers. There was salt and pepper shakers, but no salt included. Several burners did not work. No filter in the water dispenser of the refrigerator. No broom to easily clean up, there was a vacuum to drag out and use. This is not what I'd call an equipped vacation home with extra's to use but owners do have different ideas of rental properties and what to be supplied. Management wasn't able to help with the one promised item which swayed us to choose this cottage, a key fob for pool and exercise equipment use at a nearby location. I even inquired about it before our arrival but when I called 3 consecutive days and spoke to Kitty, I had no progress. Disappointing. This property could be improved greatly with a bit of attention to detail.
Great little house close to the beach. About a ten minute walk to the beach. Would recommend renting a golf cart for the stay. House has electrical outlet outside for cart. Inside was nice and clean. We would rent this place again.
Only down falls was the house had no hot pads for pans.
The pool card would not let us have access to the nearby pool. If this is a reason for booking I would contact and make sure it is working. The sea was too rough a few days to get in the water and this was a big let down.
