Featuring the white, sandy beach merely 150 steps from the front door, Santa Rosa’s Spooky Lane Beach is your oasis from everyday living. For those really hot days, enjoy the home’s spacious pool, right in the backyard! You and your family can relax, barbeque, and spend some quality time together.
Need a break from the sun? This beautiful 6 bed/5 bath house was completely renovated in 2021, and the new interior spaces feature a large gourmet kitchen and open living space. With its breathtaking view of the Gulf, head upstairs to the open rooftop deck in the evening to view some spectacular sunsets! The large garage has recently been remodeled to a another luxurious bedroom with king bed, bathroom and kitchenette.
Blessed House is also nearby all the best shops at Santa Rosa Beach. A quick walk up the block gets you to the famous Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, Perfect Pig Grill, Pecan Jacks Ice Cream, Growler Garage, Gulf Place Shopping, and much more!

**Cancelation Policy**
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

The location is the best part of this house! It truly is steps to the beach. We really had a great time! Things to know going in to staying here. This house is very loud. Everything echoes and you can hear people talking on the other side of the house upstairs, so if you have a baby or someone that is a light sleeper, it is super loud. I do understand they can't have carpet being a beach house, but if you need to, bring something that will play white noise. Also, the house doesn't come with anything at all such as salt and pepper or paper towels. You will buy it all so also know that going in. Overall, it was a great experience though. The location makes this house!

This house is perfect. The management company was so responsive and that is not normally the case in my experience staying in seaside area. House was so nice and location was unbeatable. I will also add that the house was cleaned well. I think in that area the houses are never clean & this house was well cleaned & amenities were great. Will be back!

We LOVED this house! The location is perfect. It's very private and quiet but close to restaurants, shops, and, most importantly, the beach. The beach is a very short 3-minute walk from the house. We were excited to find a pack and play, an abundance of towels, and other supplies. Communication from the host was great and we would definitely book this house again.

The house would have been a 5 if the house was ready for visitors. Beach Life did everything they could to make up for the house issues so they get 5 stars. However, the house was not ready to be rented. They painted the steps the day we arrived so we had to go to another house 15 minutes away, which was nice, we just had to repack and move back the next day. However, the steps were still sticky, and parts of the house after what appears to be some renovation was not complete. Exhaust fans hanging from the ceiling, parts of the house not painted, and the pool light stayed on all-day and night because it was shorted out. Evidently to fix, they hooked it into the same switch the wireless was on so if you shut off the pool light, the wireless went out. Basically the house was not ready to be rented.
Overall our stay turned out fine. Good location close to beach. When everything is fixed, the house is a great place to stay.

We had a great stay in Santa Rosa beach. The house was clean and spacious and our large party was very comfortable. The beach is a 3 minute walk away and the pool in the back was fun for the kids.
It was easy to check in and out and Ashtin made things really easy. She was a proactive communicator and was super helpful.
The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, but there are a few restaurants just up the street if you want to dine out. There is also ice cream a short walk away. I used the grill one night by the pool and it was super easy to do so.
Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the beach/pool/bathrooms. Most rooms had easy to use smart TV situations which was nice after a long day on the beach.
The only minor issue was that the pool light rotated through different colors and there was no switch to turn it off at night. Not a big deal, but a bit of a quirk.
Overall, we had a great stay and would return.

Beautiful house…still has a few finishes touches to finish up with paint, but it is a beautiful home in a very quick neighborhood with awesome and quick beach access. They have done an impressive job with the Reno. We enjoyed the trip, the team at beach life were fantastic communicators. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!
