When will I receive my check in information?
This information will be sent via email 3 days prior to your check in. 

What are the check in/check out times?
Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. All early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. Please contact our Customer Care Team to submit your request.  

How do I check in?
Most of our properties have keyless access. A door code will be provided prior to check in. We do have a few properties with hard keys. Please note, we do not have a check in office. 

What amenities are included with my stay?
Beach Life Vacation Company provides the following start up amenities:
Kitchen: Paper Towel Roll, Small Bottle of Kitchen Soap, 2 Dishwasher Tabs, 2 Kitchen Towels, 1 Kitchen Sponge, 2 Trash Can Liner
Luxury Bathroom Amenities Include: 1 Shampoo, 1 Conditioner, 1 Bar of Soap per shower/tub, 1 Facial Bar, 1 Makeup Removal Cloth, 1 Lotion per bathroom sink, 2 Rolls of Toilet paper per toilet
***Please note that you will be responsible for purchasing any additional items.*** 

Are pets allowed?
We have a select few properties that allow pets. Pet friendly homes are listed online. You may also call and speak to someone on our Customer Care Team. Also, there is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 (per pet) if/when you bring your animal. 

Are beach/pool towels provided?
No, our homes are stocked with bath towels and linens for the beds, however at this time beach towels are not provided. We ask that guests do not take bath towels to the beach or pool areas. 

Is WiFi included in with my Vacation Rental?
Yes, all of our vacation homes are provided with WiFi. This information will be provided in your arrival email. 

Does Beach Life Vacation Company provide daily or mid-week Housekeeping Services? 
Additional Housekeeping Services are are available upon request for an additional charge. 

Are bikes provided with my Vacation Rental?
A few of Beach Life Company’s vacation homes do come with bikes.  If you need additional bikes please see our Guest Service’s page for bike rental recommendations.

What are we required to do  prior to departure?
Please place all towels into the bathtubs and/or on the shower floors. All dishes must be cleaned or in the dishwasher. Please start the dishwasher before you leaveAll lights and televisions must be turned off. AC is to be placed at 75. No exceptions. All trash must be taken to the  exterior trash cans.Leave beds unmade but do not strip them. Lock all doors and place any hard keys back in designated key boxes.
